Usually a wait to load but it is what it is. Folks seem alright. Some make your own spots for overnight parking. Can be tight to back. Trailers everywhere but can still get through. Overall, not the worst I been to. Just beware, inconsiderate drivers will park in front of the docks making backing a whole lot more difficult.

The big dude working in the Receiving office has to be the most incompetent worker here, wasted more than 2 hours trying to drop off a load, arrived at 630am, at 7am gave him the 377 # to check in. He said it didn't work. I called my dispatched and they were trying to figure it out. I went in at 830am 2 hours later told him to try that number again, and magically this time it worked. Like seriously, how dumb you gotta be, then he makes sound like it's my fault. Unbelievable

Kind of tight but it can be done when u come in go to the right milleood is in back that way u will be able to driver side back into door. All the worker seem pretty cool.

I was hesitant after reading all the reviews But I had a very pleasant experience here. It was average unload time for CHEP facilities. If you went other CHEP facilities you know it takes longer time than other companies to unload you. The restroom was very CLEAN. And there was no language barrier or something like that with the employees.

TRUCKERS two companies share this wearhouse .USB5 / MILLWOOD is in the back docks 9 - 4 stay to the right side coming in better to set up for driver side back . . Very tight tight with parked trailers and other drives . Got door 5 swong around building hard between to trailers to driver side back got lucky this time . Also was two hours early still got a door right was shipping is the main entrance doors with glass windows in the mibble .Loading times could be long read others posts ..

Husband had a pickup here, I had to yse bathroom. Have to say that was a nightmare. From the bathroom having urine,tissue, around and on toilet. In both bathrooms to noticing what appeared to be a empty plastic baggie with white residue ,by garbage. Chose to not use bathroom and wait. Then person loading was filling out trailer and felt like he was gonna come through to the cabin. .to the point where my husband and I went for walk and came back. While walking around notice boards with nails in driveway and just a horrible run place. Husband notified his employer about this pickup. Feel sorry for anybody having ro go there. Use bathroom first.

Wait times to load weren't to bad but there is a language barrier. The guy loading my trailer was pretty rough. I thought he was going to go thru my front wall with empty pallets. Ask him to take it easy and he's banging more stuff around. I won't be back here!!!!
