The windows we received were not only the wrong dimensions, and poor quality. They were actually for someone else home. Nothing but headaches here. 10years ago this was a decent business. Now it seems they have run it into the ground. With the acquisition of midgard things have only gotten worse. Highly recommend getting windows from another supplier these guys are trash. They also no longer honor warranties since they have recently changed there "policy" ... Run far away from here. Your neighbor can make you a better window in his garage with twigs and saran wrap.

Edit: I was contacted and they explained what happened and things were made right. It was an ordering issue and they have made things right and I hold no ill will towards the company.

Receiving is on the west side, only 2 docks. They come to work at 5 am so they got me in one of the docks at 5 30 am (appointment from 7 AM). There is some side of the road parking, a prepping spot and a couple of spots in the dirt lot on the N-E side of the building close to the loading area. Make sure you have a clear way out because at 5 am most parking was already full. Also, Mi windows trucks get out of the parking area by 3 AM.

I was out in 15 min, great guys!

Their dock is a bit old but it was ok. Need to slide tandems back. I was early and they got me unloaded in 30 minutes. People were nice

My wife and I purchased a brand new home in St. Augustine Beach. We were thrilled to know that Mi Hurricane windows were installed in the house. 10 year guarantee on the frames, 5 years on the glass... great! Two years later I call customer service for a minor issue - a tensioner broke which prevented us from opening, closing and locking the window. They informed me they would send out a part, but won't send a technician & that it's not covered? When I asked if I could pay for a tech to come out and fix the issue - they said the charge would start at $300? We own other houses and deal with a local window manufacturer up North and there warranty is a true warranty. Any issues we have had... it's taken care of. I accidentally kicked up a rock that went through our new window on Cape Cod - let the company know it was my fault and they sent out a new window? This company has a lot to learn about taking care of customers. I am hopeful that I can update my review with some positive news - but buyer beware when purchasing new or replacement windows made by Mi! They don't stand behind their products!

If you're a truck driver bringing glass to be unloaded be prepared to stay +3hrs or more. These guys don't care for your time and don't provide restrooms.

Friendly people, but the big forklift they use can damage your trailer if you're moving 2 of those big staff of glass. 1. The little wheels on the huge forklift can damage ur floor and bend the bars on the bottom of your wood if you move this load often and 2. because they're make you move your axles all away back so the middle has not support.
