I called Mike's yesterday but I did not leave a message. Less than 10 minutes later he called my number back asking what I needed and how he could help. I described my project and he was very patient considering my project was not something he does. Instead of just hanging up, Mike gave me several alternative fabricators that he said may be able to help with my project. He further went over my project with me on the phone and made suggestions on the best way to present what I was looking for to these other fabricators. Mike stood to gain nothing from my project. But he offered his time and knowledge simply to help someone he did not know. He did gain my respect and appreciation. Thank you Mike!

Mike was not able to assist me, but his honestly and the education about our issue that he provided me was very valuable. It's rare to find someone who will tell you like it is rather than just taking a job to make money, and some people might not like to hear that the work can't be done, but knowing that a business owner can be this candid really speaks to a trustworthy operation. Even though we didn't get to use his services I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced welder.
