First time I've used Midvalley and I was extremely pleased! I've always done my own work or go to the dealer when its something I don't have the time or tools to do. So I thought I'd try Midvalley, I was not disappointed. They are very professional, they explained the problem very well and had a great strategy on the plan to fix this issues. Very quickly they got my truck in and had it ready much faster than I anticipated.
They are friendly and courteous.

Although, I might not love the outcome of my vehicles problems each time they are straight forward and have provided good work with honest feedback. MidValley Automotive worked on my Jeep Rubicon from early January through early February. What started out as a check engine light turned into needed maintenance on the steering, suspension, etc. The shop ran into difficulties in finding replacements for the after-market control arms.
After extensive research and ordering arms that would not fit, they ended up rebuilding the worn-out arms. Jeff Cornelius, the service advisor, was great to work with. He provided regular updates on the progress with the repairs and fixing the control arms. He successfully negotiated with Car Shield representatives on covering the lion's share of the cost for repairs. After 4 weeks, the Jeep was returned to me. I could immediately tell that the steering and suspension were more responsive and tighter. The mechanics did a great job of repairing the vehicle. This was my first experience with MidValley, and I definitely recommend their excellent customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already recommended them to friends and coworkers. Thank you to Jeff and the mechanics at MidValley Automotive.

I took my car in for a diagnosis after my primary mechanic replaced all fluids and spark plugs as part of regular maintenance because car was having a trouble starting and idling in cold weather. I was hoping replacing the plugs would resolve the issue, however it did not, hence the trip to Mid Valley to diagnose (my primary mechanic recommended them since they have great diagnostic tools). Mid Valley's diagnosis was that the spark plugs needed to be tightened and that was probably causing the issue. I was skeptical of this diagnosis as my spark plugs were just replaced, but I agreed to the service. Reluctantly I paid the invoice and to took the car home. I told my mechanic of the Mid Valley diagnosis and he immediately knew something was not right. Sure enough, the problem continued. So I had my mechanic look at the car again. He scanned the codes and found the same codes that led Mid Valley to their diagnosis and solution of "tightening the of the spark plugs". The error codes were not related to the plugs, but rather the throttle body. He fixed this issue in 30 min and the car has been running smooth ever since.

What is upsetting is that I paid Mid Valley for a wrong diagnosis and an ineffective solution (a "coil boot" was also unnecessarily replaced as part of the fix).

I'm disappointed that Mid Valley would do such a poor job diagnosing the issue after I told them I just had the spark plugs replaced and that this problem was happening before and after the spark plugs being replaced.

Looking back I should have asked more questions and/or just paid the diagnosis fee and walk away.

This experience has left a bad impression and I will not be using Mid Valley in the future or recommend their services to others. Other people who I have chatted with have had similar experiences with Mid Valley. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I had engine problems, FIXED the first time definitely a fan. I had taken my Car to the Local Subaru dealer, they quoted me over 5K for the repair. I was on a time crunch because this was my only vehicle. I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening and had my Car back and fixed by Tuesday and I saved 2k On repairs.
My only issue was that they replaced a Fan without talking to me about it first which added a couple extra hundred dollars to my bill without my approval, I work in customer service and I never do anything without my customers them knowing. They made it seem like they wouldn't charge me for labor to save money even though it was already tore apart so there was no additional labor. Even with Fan I was still under what I was quoted from the dealership.

The best and friendliest shop in the city. I took my vehicle in for rotors replacement and they called me to say I don’t need them. How often does that happen? Very honest. And they have a shuttle which is very helpful. 👍👍👍👍👍

Even though they gave me bad news they did it nicely. This was my 3rd time using their services and I've been pleased each time. I trust their work and experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. I'll continue to take my cars there in the future.
