They Sold my Grandfather a home and they didn’t wrap the home with moisture barrier in the wettest area in Southern Ohio and the result moist likely killed him and it’s killing me. Reached out to champion homes and they denied assistance. All I want is the material to fix the problem.

Working with Middletown Homes to purchase a mobile home has been a wonderful experience. From a superstar sales person Marcia, who has been tremendously helpful in patient while we narrow down our requirements. to the team installing and trimming out the home.
Home is competitively priced, people we interacted with were good communicators, professional, and clear what is or is not included in the price, and what to expect during the process. Highly recommend them.

We have been in our Middletown home for 2 years now!! We love everything about it! I loved how many options we had to customize it to make it our own! But what I can’t rave on enough about is the staff!! From getting all the detail perfect from the New Martinsville office all the way to the guys that put the finishing detail on it once it was being finished on sight! I knew I could call at anytime and they would be quick yo answer any questions I had! I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Middletown Homes! Zack was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond any expectations we could have ever had to make sure the process went as smooth as possible for us. Rod was our project manager and he was available any time I had any questions or concerns about anything with the construction process. I would highly recommend Middletown Homes to anyone that is in the market for a new home! Hands down, they are the best around!

I had been to four local businesses before I went to Middletown Homes. I had the opportunity to work with Zack Yost who wad phenomenal to work with! Not only did he help us the entire way as this was our first home purchase, but he also stayed after hours to be able to meet us when WE were available. The entire experience was amazing and I tell everyone I know about going to Middletown and sitting down with Zack!
