Friendly staff and great selection of supplies. I was here to get cheese making supplies and they had what I needed. They also have materials for making beer, wine, sake, kombucha and coffee. It's clear that the owner is passionate about his business. Buy local!

Don’t go here expecting them to fill your co2 tank and don’t bother calling and asking if they will. They will say yes but when you show up you will have to purchase one of there tanks. wish this would have been made clear before I drove a hr to get there. They won’t be receiving anymore business from me. I would have gone else where but being a weekend had no options. I will be swapping empty tank with air gas or central welding supply and would point others in that direction after the way I was treated here.

Unstocked shelves

No sense of brewing community

Half the hops gone.. no fresh hops in fall…local hops dont exist…no wine press rental anymore

He raised prices

He is basically unfriendly & poor service

F your glass top take it off i’ll set my co2 tank whereever i want If I’m paying you $40 for something that should be $20

I started making my own sodas with a SodaStream a year ago, and gradually have converted to more sensible solutions.

I used a popular online retailer for a CO2 tank and regulator, but have continued to come back here not just for CO2 changes but for issues with the regulator. Eventually I tossed out the online retailer unit and went with one from here

Frankly, everything I've bought from here has worked tremendously, and has outperformed the stuff I bought online.
