Homchick installed soapstone counters in our kitchen 24 years ago, and they just finished installing a new soapstone counter last week to complement the original counters (as part of our kitchen refresh). We're as happy today as we were 24 years ago with Tera and the entire Homchick team.
If you are considering soapstone you won't find a larger or better slab selection, combined with the experience and expertise to craft and install exactly what you need.
Carlos and his team made the fabrication and install process look easy (it's not - the slab was 600+ lbs. and the space was pretty tight).
We had enough stone left over that we had the team also fabricate a soapstone hearth for our soon to be rebuilt fireplace mantle. No doubt the counters and hearth will be looking great much longer than me!

Jeremy was extremely helpful and compassionate lost my mother and asked for a nice piece of granite for a temporary grave marker and took care or me. . I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their services. It's that kind and compassionate people that makes you want to do business with!

These guys do awesome work. We had cuts made in a granite island to install a new stove and their crew made the cuts perfectly, fit the new stove into place and cleaned up without a trace of dust or water. Very professional and highly recommended.
