If you will review your records, you will notice that I am not happy. My trash is contracted to be picked up every Monday and over the last two months I have only been picked up three times. And this month I have only been picked up once which was this week. I have called repeatedly as it takes hours to get through and only receive lip service. No member of management has ever returned my phone calls as I have repeatedly requested.

You guys seem to be of the opinion that you can pick up my trash when it is convenient for you so I have decided that I will pay you when and only when it is convenient for me. If you wish to resume our original contract I urge you to call me at your earliest convenience. If not, you know where your dumpster is located and what you can do with it.

Particularly since my repeated request for a new dumpster, one where the bottom is not all rusted out so that animals can scatter my trash throughout the area, have been ignored.

But make no mistake about it. You will no longer be able to automatically draw a full months payment from my bank account while delivering only a fraction of that month’s service. Those days are over.

We pay over $500 annually for trash service and they haven't picked up in weeks. Complaints have been made and nothing happens. We live a couple of miles from their office but still no trash truck appears.

If I could leave 12 negative reviews. We have 12 people living on our street who constantly have to call for contracted regularly scheduled weekly pick-up. More often than not, the work orders are put in and pick-up still doesn’t come. One family has paid and continues to pay bill for service yet not only is their trash not getting picked up the trash can they paid for hasn’t been delivered.
We live in a gated community. Not fancy, just a cattlegate at the front of the neighborhood. First week of service was the only good week. After that we kept getting excuses. Didn’t have the gate code. Then they are short staffed. Then they are short staffed and regular driver has to hold different routes. Then driver who has route doesn’t have gate code. Then after everyone who called gave the gate code again…the gate wouldn’t open all the way for the truck. Then it wouldn’t open at all (because we got tired of the excuses and left the gate open 24/7 - clearly nobody is coming out).
My trash hadn’t been picked up in a month. Last week I called and they put in a work order to have someone come out and get the trash. Never showed up so I hooked up the trailer and hauled it to Marion County Solid Waste. $2.00 a bag amongst other things but only charged me $5.00 very friendly, no smell, and all things considered-clean.
This was almost two weeks ago. My trash since then has not been picked up.

In an effort to try and meet a middle ground with these people, during that time we have called 8 times and left 5 messages with no return call. We simply asked for information on an 8yard dumpster to be picked up twice a month - every two weeks. Figure a fairly win-win for everyone.

No return call.

I pay for a dumpster & they ALWAYS make excuses for NOT Picking up, but they still charge me!!! I completely understand during ice & snow but not crediting me during the spring, summer, & fall for missed services is ridiculous!!! They said well we still have to pay the landfill, why should i be charged for that if my trash isnt being picked up I do NOT recommend them!!

I called back in April 2024 about one of the wheels on my trash can falling off, and that I needed a replacement garbage can. I was told next time they were out, they would deliver a new trash can to me. Here we are 5 months later, and I still don't have a trash can. I've called 4 other times, and get the same response of we'll get it out to you soon. I can barely even get my can to the street, yet my bill goes up every time payment is due.

HORRID. WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE. We had tried to utilize them for our trash pick up. They consistently missed trash days and no one is in the office when we call. We ended up canceling the service after they hit one of our hound dogs, who died from injury. Our neighbors on a dead-end road still use them. They drive 50 miles an hour down a dirt road. There is NO REASON to drive that fast on a dirt road EVER. CR 249. SLOW THE CRAP DOWN.

Heard this is the place to dump some trash, loaded up a little pickup truck full of some stuff, hauled it over, got weighed and dumped. Process was easy..

$59 price was not so easy. Even if you have 50lbs of trash they'll hit you for 1,000lbs, I can't respect this.

Most unresponsive & unreliable service we pay for. Doesn't answer phone or reply to messages. Ignores requests for explanation of failure to pickup . Only thing they do promptly is invoice but they don't credit payments in a timely fashion & you have to love the arrogance of a "bill is late" when their service is LATER yet. #doNOTrecommend
