We had an idea of what we needed fabricated for a modification we were making on our RV. We went in to the store thinking it would be an arduous process and customer service would be less than ideal. I’m happy to say that couldn’t be further from what actually happened. We were greeted by Milton who then introduced us to Roy who is responsible for fabricating. Roy was outstanding. We explained what we needed and he not only showed us what metal to use, but went above and beyond and layed out the pattern that would work best. We thought we would have to wait a day or two for the fabrication, but he had everything cut to exact size within the hour! We had the RV with us and as my wife and I, who are novices with metal, struggled to put it all together. Roy saw our struggles and immediately came over and had it all together in no time. That kind of customer service is rare. I couldn’t believe how he took the time to help us even though his job was done. Thank you Roy! This is the store you need to go to for everything metal. You will not be disappointed.
