Great communication, attention and quick!
Michael Skarlatos and his team did a great job helping me transition from my GLC to a certified GLE that has met all of my expectations. Mike stayed late on Valentine’s Day to meet with me and addressed all of my questions and requests. They even tossed in some extra love to my dog. Good thing they don’t sell dog accessories (yet) ! My 3rd Benz purchase in the DMV, but first with this dealer. Def recommend if looking for a ride for you and your best friend!

Run don’t walk to this dealership for your next car buying opportunity. Ask for Trivan. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would give him 100 stars if I could. He was honest and went out of his way to make sure I was happy and got the car I wanted. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and professional. Buying a brand new car was a great experience at this dealership. I got good discount and the process was smooth. But all their cars have swirl marks on them. You want a perfect car when you are buying it brand new. They buffed my car to remove the swirls but it is still not perfect. They are clearly visible under the sunlight and I dont feel good when I see them. They need to teach their staff on how to clean a car and protect the paint.

The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent.
