Have been getting my S550 serviced here for the last 4 years and as always the service has been exemplary! My service advisor Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable personable and attentive. Did a Service B service. Will definitely continue to keep getting my car serviced here. Keep up the great work!

Service department did a great job. Completed "A" Service on my GLC-300. I had some water stains on the paint from a sprinkler system, and they were able to remove them with their exterior detailing. They did an awesome job with last minute notice and was very happy with the results.

The service was great, however the prices are unbearable!! My car was in for 15 minutes to program a new key, I was charged one hour’s labor at $229/hour + tax.
I bought a new battery, I was quoted 2 to 2.5 hours for installation. It took an outside mechanic 15 minute and $50 to do the job.
This is my preferred MB dealership, they have great technicians, I’d love to get more maintenance for my car there, but the prices are astronomical!! Please come down to earth, so people can come there more often!!

Standard 20K service. MB Greenwich always provides excellent service. I even brought my car in on the wrong day and they accommodated me and had my car serviced and washed. Jimmy is amazing and I highly recommend MB Greenwich.

Not inexpensive, but very thorough and professional. My car is older, and I think I get exactly the same capable treatment as somebody who is turning cars over regularly. They're very organized and I take a little like their arranging and paying for Uber to and from. I like the service video they provide showing their thoughts and discussion of options.

The service I received at Mercedes Benz of Greenwich was excellent. I stopped by to get a replacement wiper blade, and was reminded of an important recall that they could schedule in a few days. I was impressed with the customer service from the day I dropped it off and communication via text, email and phone to make sure I had a seamless experience from drop-off to pick up. It was a great surprise when I was sent a video of the work done under the chassis of my car as the technician described the work done. First class!

The work took a bit longer than expected and had to reach out to found out that te car will need to stay for another 24h. The only strange thing is that the car was cleaned in and out but the passenger side floor had a bunch of dry leaves. Pic attached
