From beginning to end, courteous and professional service. When dropping off my old VHS tapes, I was offered several options and prices. We discussed my needs and wants, and was provided a quote. The work was done in a timely manner with good communication when some adjustments were needed. I had mainly old band tapes from the early 2000s which some needed audio adjustments due to high volume. I received all tapes back and everything was on one flash drive. I so happy and excited to be able to share there’s memories with my old band mates, friends and fans. A few of the tapes were of family, some of who have passed, and these videos I will cherish. Having transferred these memories to a digital format gives me peace knowing I’ll have them forever! Thanks for your help, you did a great job and you have a very happy customer! I absolutely recommend!!!

This place is great! They were able to digitize some very precious antique photos, video tapes and even a poster board sized collage. Very friendly staff that tolerated me bringing in more photos as I found them. Quick turn around with quality results. Even some of our damaged photos looked great! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service! Scott at the Wheat Ridge store is very knowledgeable about all types of media (film, slides, pictures, etc.) and makes great suggestions on how to get the best result for the best value. I put off transferring my and my parents' pictures and films for years, and it's been a huge relief to finally have it all properly saved, especially with the guidance of these professionals. For me, it's been well worth every penny.

My heartfelt thanks is long overdue - to Scott and all at Memorywise - I can’t say enough GREAT about this group and the excellent work they do! I had over 100 hours of VHS and Hi-8 tapes - Scott put my mind at ease quickly as I was trusting my memories to someone else’s care and was concerned the tapes would be sent off somewhere else to process. Scott and the Wheat Ridge staff did three separate projects for us, involving the transfer of old films to digital media, and digitizing multiple old family photographs. Some of the photos were from the 1860's including a tintype. Some were panoramic photos; some were damaged. They all came out perfectly. We are completely delighted with the results. These guys are great!!

I had a great experience at MemoryWise. They turned around my order in just a few days. What they "digitized" was a old video of my grandmother, now deceased, teaching me to make homemade bread. I shared the video with my mother, and the sight of her mom teaching me to bake bread immediately brought tears to her eyes. Thanks to MemoryWise for helping me preserve and share an amazing memory. Memory wise has been fantastic. I've taken a couple of jobs (photo scans) there. The staff is friendly and the work is quick.
One note, if you don't get the photo + imaging (just photo) they'll typically leave part of the scanner on the edge of the photo. Depends on how much you are willing to pay.

Great family business who really cares about their clients. They had a technical problem transferring footage onto our drive, and made up for it by personally delivering a thumb drive with our footage the next day. Excellent service.
