Left a review on the Toy Chest Product that's absolute garbage. No pre-drilled holes for every piece. At first I thought the bolts were too long but here the holes were never pre-drilled past the threading. The time I lost with my daughter cause I'm trying to put together an "easy assembly" toy chest is just insane. No matter what you do you cannot remedy the anger and dissatisfaction I have with you and your product. Everyone in my life will learn how horrible your product is and I'll make it my mission in life to ensure no one buys your crap every again.

If you want to attempt to remedy this, tell us your quality control process and explain why this happened? I didn't even buy this product. One of my relatives bought this for my daughter for her 1st birthday. This is just BS. Be better. Just be better. No one who buys your product should ever have these thoughts and go through this much emotional stress when all I'm trying to do is put together a box where my daughters toys can go.

Lastly, you'll notice if you look at my profile most of my review are insanely positive. I hate being this way but there's no way in hell I'm not saying anything after I've spent over 6 hours trying to fix this damn problem.

Grandfather bought grandson wood rings like days of old. In one day a ring broke, paint chipped and base cracked. DANGEROUS. Made in China I do not now trust any of their products. Paint? Do right make them in US and don’t con people with statement that toys comply with US standards. Either they don’t or the standards are weak.

I bought their grocery store set for $295 direct from their website & paid $20 shipping, only to find it for $139 at target (not even on sale) with free shipping. I emailed them to see if they would price match multiple times and they never so much as returned my email. I will never shop direct with them again. It would have been over $100 to return the item to them. It’s unacceptable to post something on your website for $150 more than everywhere else and it is scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Absolutely love the Melissa & Doug product line, especially the giraffe.
My granddaughter loved it when she opened it up Christmas morning, she was 2, even now at 7, she loves using it for photo shoots.
Well made, I highly recommend. 5+ Stars!

We use to love melissa and doug toy's but it seems alot of the toys are painted with toxic paints not to mention the toys can break so easy !! Honestly i find the Wooden Toy's at (MASTER MIND TOY) store are much better and amazing customer service !! Melissa and Doug did great making toys when they had children but that was 30 somthing years ago 😅
Little Reminder for parents Melissa and Doug SOLD their toy company so you are no longer supprting their brand why not switch to a better toy company 😊

My feeling is that they are crooks to the 10th degree! Their products look like junky toys sold through what seem like dishonest sales practices. I interacted with the owners during a couple of business events and I got a very bad impression of them and their toys.

Im a retailer and they sell defective products and sometimes they will shortship products. They won't respond to emails, will never buy from them again.
