This was my first time going to Meineke for service. The waiting area is clean, peaceful, and I was greeted by all 3 of the employees that were behind the counter. Fast service, no issues, price was the same as the quote, and they advised when it would be ready. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I brought one care here last week, returned with my other car today. They are great. Very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable chairs, tv and magazines in the clean heated waiting room. When they are done you car is at the door.

Highly recommend

Only one thing. The parent company sends 1 to 2 text messages a day. I had to block them. But the people at this one are top notch

Very friendly staff that gave an accurate estimate of work to be done and waited until it was okay to start the vehicle work. And after a minor overlook of service; it was corrected by the department manager the very next day without hesitation. It was awesome to deal with a manager who absolutely cared about his position and his store. I would have work done here again and I would recommend to my friends and family

I love taking all my cars to colchester Meinekee...i just had my oil change done and it goes smooth all the time...their price is good and if you save your points on the app you can get free oil changes .Jason is great to advise you on car repairs and get the job done in reasonable time

I am so grateful to have found this place. While out of town, I had an oil leak after taking my car for an oil change at another establishment. The women at the front was so helpful & knowledgable. They had my car fixed in less than an hour & were extremely fair with pricing. I highly recommend!

A trusted shop, always reliable and fair prices…they have taken care of multiple cars for my family…this time, they saved us (again), my son was involved in an accident coming home from school for Thanksgiving, without hesitation, they made sure we could bring the car in to be inspected and made the needed repairs before he had to leave for his return to WVU…a great location that goes the extra mile!
