Medtronic has a toxic work environment and the people that work there are unprofessional, disrespectful and immature. There is a pervasive culture of backstabbing where coworkers will often undermine each other to get ahead, leading to a lack of trust and collaboration. There is open hostility amongst employees with constant bickering and angruing, which contributes to the toxic work environment. There is public humiliation from Management and Leads through criticizing and reprimanding employees in front of coworkers. Management is completely uninterested in addressing concerns about the toxic workplace culture, which further exacerbates the issues and causes poor morale. Management also doesn't exercise company core values. There is excessive micromanaging from Leads and coworkers, which makes the work environment uncomfortable and stressful. Management makes employees feel undervalued and not appreciated for their contributions, providing only negative feedback.
