Have Medtronic implant in lumbar and Cervical spine, Brad has been awesome through the surgery and programming.
Very professional and caring.
Calling my off hours to check on me.
And great with the programming to help me with my chronic pain.
Brad helped to make a difficult experience better and my implants working at optimal performance.

Two failed sensors since last week. Finally have time to call and have them replaced. The first three minutes of waiting is listening to advertisements, then prompts to get to customer service. I begin my report with one of the cocky obnoxious support staff. As questions continue I am now told this will require two separate reports, as I provide information I now get the start of a calibration lecture. The product is great when it works, malfunctions often and SUPPORT STAFF SUCK.

UPDATE: U STOPPED USING THE MEDTRONIC DUE TO IT CONTINUALLY PROVIDING INACCURATE READINGS. BACK TO FINGER STICKS AND SYRINGES....BEST DECISION EVER. DIABETES IS NOW CONTROLLED. TODAY'S EMAIL FROM MEDTRONIC AGAIN STATED THE BATTERY COVER FOR THE 780G WAS REPLACED. I CONTINUALLY COMPLAINED ABOUT THE MONEY I WAS WAITING ON BATTERIES, CUSTOMER SUPPORT DISREGARDED ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS. TURNS OUT THEY WERE LYING AGAIN. MEDTRONIC IWES ME MONEY FOR THAT LIE. IT MAKES ME SICK TO THINK ABOUT THE REDICULOUS AMOUNTOF MONEY WASTED, THE WASTEFUL PACKAGING AND DETRIMENT TO MY HEALTH. HERES HOPING THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATIO BUTS BIG PHARMS LIES SND PRICE GOUGING TO AN END.

I’m a patient with an implant from Medtronic. After implantation, the device could not be set up correctly by the Medtronic rep and I was discharged without help and with a not fully functional device implanted in my body.
Quote from the rep “I don’t have time all day to spend on this”. So basically, the Medtronic rep did not care at all that the device didn’t work correctly. Nobody from Medtronic cared or followed up to solve this issue. I spent hours on the phone trying to get help to get my implant working and every Medtronic rep tells me differently and nobody cares. Can you believe this? The patients need to chase Medtronic to get their implants working. It’s unbelievable how they leave patients with dysfunctional devices and implants alone without help and exposing them to even greater health risks. This should have legal consequences.

The place is filthy and disgusting. No one listens to you when you speak up even though there are signs everywhere begging you to. Some workers don't even wash their hands! No ones cares! The place is a mad house.
