I bought a nice hanging planter so I could repot my Ivey plant. The people that work there were very nice and helpful. I went several places here in Ozark that day and I couldn't find a hanging planter anywhere but this place. Thank you again.

Called first to inquire about a product I saw they had on line. The girl called to the outside department, asking if they had the product as it stated on line. It took a few minutes but he said yes they did.
I have gone to other stores before when on line says it it there, when you get there, they do not have it.
I went to the store,, paid for the product, pulled into the back, gave this nice man my receipt and he loaded me up quickly. With a smile ? said there you go. All set.
They knew what they were doing and are very helpful.

I understand why local businesses are going under! There is 1 person that works there that is actually nice and helpful, the rest are NOT. For the third time now we got to the register and the product rang up more than the shelf price. This time it was almost double. . I showed them the price on the shelf and the manager admitted it was their mistake but refused to sell it at the advertised price "because it would cost him too much to replace it" . . seriously?!?! I would rather drive to Fort Smith or order from Amazon and wait!

I've been in this store numerous times. Every time I'm in there, no matter who I manage to give me some face time, it seems that I am "inconveniencing" them. This goes for the owner, the owners son, or any one of the people that work their. I have also heard similar experiences from other people. Arrogant, rude, and not even that knowledgeable about hardware. It's a bad experience every time I'm in there. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It's getting harder and harder to get help in this store. They use to be spot on as far as customer service was concerned. Not any longer. If you know where everything is your fine , if not be prepared to wonder around .
