McMichael's Of Nokesville called within the hour of my online order. In addition, they scheduled the delivery on the same day that I ordered online! You can't beat that. As the only local golf cart service, the staff may give the impression of not caring. I found, however, that if you initiate a pleasant conversation (treat others the way you want to be treated) they will usually go out of their way to help find what you need. They serviced our gas powered golf cart very well and it's still running great.

Bought a Cub Cadet zero turn lawn mower and a Cub Cadet push mower from McMichael’s in Nokesville. During the purchase, the manager talked me through the various pieces of equipment available and we settled on the right mower for me. Since the purchase, I’ve taken the zero turn in for routine service and their staff’s customer service has been exemplary. They are professional and nice. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Fantastic little shop to buy mower parts for my Hustler Sport Mower. They had all the small sensors and parts in stock which shocked me as Virginia Power and Outdoors did not, never does and charges about 40% more than what you would fin online at hustlermowers.com. This will be my go to place from now on even though it's a little far from Vienna, VA. Mary who works the desk is super friendly, communicative, not selling you something like the way shopping for things used to be. Highly recommend.

We took a John Deere lawn tractor here for an overhaul, as we had not used it for some time. It ran long enough to get it off our trailer and into the shed. When we went to start it, it would not turn over. When we called them about it, they said they would not stand behind their work at all. Despite having paid them over $500 to perform an overhaul, they did barely adequate work to get the engine to turn over. We are going back to John Deere to get the overhaul we originally requested.

I called 2 weeks ago for fuel oil and was quoted a price of $4.30, I was told he was going to fill his Prince William customers that week and would get us the following week. He never showed up and when I called back was told he was still getting Prince William customers and would NOT honor the price I was quoted!! Bad business.
