We had our cow processed here and it was a breeze working with them. They were great with communication, asking what cuts we would like and answering any questions we had. When picked up they were very organized and quick to bring out our order. Even asked if we needed help with loading the meat into our coolers.

We also took a look around the butcher shop and they had such a great assortment of meats, premade dinners with all of the meat options that were offered, dinner sides(pasta salads, potatoe salad and things like that) not to mention a lot of seasonings/marinades.
We purchased a few of the twice baked potatos and jerky sticks and they were SO good. Can’t wait to come back!

I've been getting my pork and beef butchered here for years. Great mobile service, or if you can't find a mobile time that works, I was able to make appointments to trailer my animals there. I love that the pick up place is downtown Longview now for the last few years. Great service, very helpful and accommodating. Love that they have a retail store there as well.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. The call to order our cuts is always quick, and easy. Pick up is pretty much hassle free. Will continue to order from farms who use Matt's Meats as their butcher!

One of the greatest butcher shops around. High quality cuts of meat at reasonable prices and lots more. Their smoked brisket enchiladas are absolutely amazing! I buy them every time I go there.

We've been going to Matt's for about a year, maybe a little longer and let me say this.... My life is being saved. I have a cancer that takes effort to keep my body going strong (I suppose every cancer can be treated the same). I decided to go carnivore to see what would happen and the results have been outstanding! If it wasn't for Matt's, I don't know where I would be. Everyone one of the crew is amazing! We stick with the same 3 meats and the difference between box store and Matt's is like night and day. I know prices have gone up but it's not Matt's fault, it is what the world is right now. Totally worth the prices. They treat everyone as if you were the only customer in there. Beautiful people! Thank y'all ❤️

Easily the best butcher shop I've ever shopped. My wife got a job in Longview and discovered this place and it is phenomenal. We've already enjoyed a prime rib roast for Thanksgiving and they have the best bacon and bologna I've ever found. I can't wait to keep trying new things. Love it.

I they picked up and pressed 2 pigs for me. Was very pleased with the packaging! Very happy to to business with this company again. A little hard to get in sometimes but would definitely recommend
