When we walked into Mattress Firm, I had already been researching prices and mattresses and wanted to find the best bang for the buck. Doug was a great help in store and after browsing the options, we ended up choosing a much nicer mattress but we were very happy with our purchase! Great service! Found exactly what I was looking for in a short time & luckily found that the mattress I wanted was on sale, so I bought 2 and made arrangements for a delayed delivery so that I could make a safe path for the delivery men to have a trouble free delivery. I was very pleased with the salesman who waited on me, Brian. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Wife in there, it was her birthday. We were meeted by a salesman who did not pressure us and said that we were free to look around after occupying about an hour of thsalesman's time. With my wife and I finally did settle on a good mattress. We thank him so much for his patience. I think his name was Doug. But anyway, he was very kind to us.And had good patience , and we had a very good experience there
