I went to mattress firm today just looking at new beds was not going to buy. But the sales staff made me fell comfortable welcoming and the prices could not be beat. And to be completely honest honest my sales man was awesome he was very knowledgeable and an all my questions and more. I will be back to by again form mattress firm but probably won’t get the same sales man as he is retiring. But go see q at mattress firm Enfield.

After visiting several bedding stores we, my wife and I, went to Mattress Firm in Enfield CT. We were greeted by Kevin. He was polite and very knowledgeable about bedding. The first night he stayed with us until after closing going over all of our options. We went home and thought of all of our options, we then returned 2 nights later to meet with Kevin. At that time we had reviewed all of our options and felt confident with Kevin and Mattress Firm. Due to technical difficulty we had problems processing our purchase, several times, Kevin was professional throughout all the difficulties. Finally, at closing time, the issues were cleared up and we could proceed with the purchase which took at least 15 more minutes. Kevin stayed and made sure everything went smooth. You don't run in to this everyday, thank you Kevin. The next day I called to request a delivery time, with the standard two hour window, I spoke with Que, the store manager. He requested the time, with no guarantees, and I was pleasantly surprised to be granted my wish. The delivery was made during the window and there were several text messages informing me every step of the way f my delivery. The delivery guys were polite, clean and professional. From start to finish, Kevin, Que, Mattress Firm, and the delivery guys, sorry, no names, were a delight to deal with. I also have been working retail for 49 years and I know fake and real. These guys are for real. I thank all of them for making this as pleasant as it could be.

The products at Mattress Form are awesome, we just purchased our second bed there. The first one still feels great, looks great and sleeps great after ten years. Their service before and after the sale is impressive and complete. I’m a customer for life!

We went in to look at mattresses as I was upgrading from a queen to a king. We met Q who went above and beyond to make sure I found one I liked at a price we could afford. I was looking at others online for half the price but had no idea what I was getting or if they were even good mattress brands. Q was able to get us all the sales discounts bringing it down to 1/4 of the listed price and despite the mattress being more then online I’m extremely happy with the service Q provided in store to make sure I enjoy my new mattress making it worth every penny knowing I knew what I was buying. This is my second mattress with mattress firm and I only upgraded for more space as I have a bed hog of a dog. My 4 year old mattress was still going strong and I look forward to many years with my new king mattress. Highly recommend if you need a new mattress you check them out before making your decision.
