Always gets me exactly what I need, even on short notice sometimes! They’re the best!

My boyfriend and I went into this shop looking to have some shirts made with his logo. Everything seemed great and from the handful that he'd thought of going with, we chose Matthew's. Bad choice. He emailed her the logo the day we left her shop (September 4th). Fast forward 9 days later (with zero response from her) and he decides to call her. Teresa claimed she never received his email. Trying to give her the benefit of doubt, he re-sent the email. (September 13th). She responded back stating that she'd received it. After him emailing asking for an update (again with a long stretch of no communication) a "do you have a file of the logo not on a tshirt" (he had mockups) and "what sizes did you need again" messages (the last of which happened on September 25th and ALL were responded to by my boyfriend) communication ended again. The last communication being my boyfriend's response to her on September 25th. Here it is October 10th with ZERO updates throughout this entire process. She mentioned all the places she does shirts for when we spoke to her, so clearly if you aren't a large company or a baseball team, she isn't interested. I understand only wanting to take large orders, but if you don't want the business... SAY IT. Don't waste our time. He's now taken his business elsewhere and they actually COMMUNICATE.
