Met Bryan and his machinist Mike. Both were extremely nice and willing to help me with my small part I needed cut on a lathe. Bryan even gave me a piece of aluminum to help me attach my part! They had my piece done within a day after I had given it to them, machined to absolute perfection and at an incredible price. Really great group of guys. The turn around time was unheard of. Basically emailed one day and the very next day the part was done. Bryan was very easy to talk to through email, responded very quickly and clearly. Definitely recommend Matrix to anyone needing anything machined!

I had stripped a few bolts and further had an extractor break off into one of them on my OneWheel electric skateboard. The bolts were mounted on the wheel and surrounded by sensitive electronics.

I was out of options as most other machine shops wouldn’t handle a smaller, non commercial job. If these bolts were stuck or needed to be drilled out, I was going to be out a lot of money.

Been ordering from parts from here ever since they opened their doors a few years ago. Anything from small to large, low or extremely tight tolerances and in a wide range of materials. Quite simply they provide excellent parts, at fair rates and deliver on time. No last minute surprises. Do what more could you ask for? Well how about on the odd chance something does go wrong? They are quick to take ownership of any mistakes and work tirelessly (even through weekends) making it right.

I'm really glad to hear that they're adding new machining capabilities and quality inspection equipment. On top of all that, they are working towards becoming ISO9001 and AS9100 certified (no easy task)... Best of Luck!
