AWESOME Products. OUTSTANDING Customer Service.
We purchased our first product (GPS vehicle tracker) from Amazon for our business and we were able to determine the driver was not meeting expectations and was being untruthful. A few days after speaking to the driver and giving him another chance the unit stopped working. We called MasTrack Support and spoke with a courteous and knowledgeable representative (Mike) who was able to determine that the SIM had been removed from the tracker and promptly sent me a replacement SIM. He also showed me how to receive an immediate alert if the unit is disconnected from the vehicle so I can take action in case someone attempted to do this again. Less than a week after getting the tracker working again I received the disconnect alert and was waiting for the driver when he returned with the vehicle. After a chat with the driver it was clear he wasn't a right fit for our company and we parted ways. That driver has since been replaced and we've purchased MasTrack units for every vehicle in our fleet. I also personally purchased an additional one for my teen driver. Our business's fuel costs and OT have been dramatically reduced and business runs smoother with these tracking units. My teen driver had a bit of a heavy foot on the gas and that has since been curtailed. I now feel secure and confident with my teen driver. I couldn't be happier.

Horrible . the unit did not work for day one. I installed it in the truck and it never did anything, called customer service they said to unplug it and let it die then plug it back in and it should work .... nope .
I had to pay to send it back to them and they will not give me a full refund just the subscription fee .... I'm not impressed with them at all. keep looking there is better options out thier
