Not only is William and great guy he really is knowledgeable about watches. I drive over two hours to have my vintage pieces serviced by him because I completely trust him and his work. He understand the nuisances of a mechanical watch but he also understands the business. If your watch needs a service whether it’s vintage or new, definitely give William a call. Especially Rolex and Tudor. My first time there he spent over an hour showing me his workshop, his equipment, some of the custom stuff he was working on. The guy just lives mechanical watches. I left two watches with him that night and will always call william first. But call him first to schedule some time
With him because he’s highly sought after and usually very busy.

Superb service from William, he is a master at his craft. Trustworthy, reliable, with accommodating turn-around times and above all, excellent repairs/servicing of Rolex watches. Given his excellent service, I have also introduced my father to his work, and now both of our watches are being cared for by him. Fully recommend for any watch servicing/repairs needed!

My father passed 2 years ago, I had 2 watches of his that I wanted to give my grandson for sentimental reasons. I called and was able to bring them in right away to get batteries and some repairs. William overhauled a twenties Tiffany 18K gold tiny pendant watch with a very high-grade movement and did a magnificent job for a reasonable price. There are few watchmakers who would accept the watch for repair, and fewer whom I would entrust with working on this fine very small piece. He is indeed an old school craftsman and has trained with the best. Bravo William!

Master old school watchmaker who knows his craft !!! William fixed my vintage two tone Rolex submariner and my wife’s vintage two tone Rolex oyster date watches. We are very happy with the service and it is much easier than dealing with the long wait times for repairs at Rolex.
