I was super worried after reading the reviews about bringing our beef here. However, they stayed in communication and reassured us they are back up and running and doing things correctly. We received our beef, fat trimmings and bones. Beef taste good.

Never had a bad experience with Mason's even now I do my own butchering of wild game I have them do my sausage and it's excellent and the staff is amazing..

Brought our pigs for processing around Thanksgiving and picked it up after the new year of 1/24 notice a rancid smell in the store/plant and had our meat put in our vehicle and a couple of miles down the road our vehicle smelt rancid inside. Two days later cooked up som pork steak and wow our house smelt rancid from cooking them. Called Charlene and told her about the rancid meat she said she will contact their insurance company and the pigs will be ready first part of June (10th) area and we could pick it up end of June.Call June 14 to verify ok.Called June 28th got answering machine and every call since. They don't have good customer service and don't follow up just money theifs😡

I dont recommend at all. I Wont lie it used to be great a few years back but it is no longer. it took over 3 an a half months to cut a deer and it all came back rancid and stinky, complete waste of money and my deer , not to mention my buddies deer never came back at all. And he took his in a week before me. If they had less than one star option I'd pick that , , cut it yourself or take it somewhere else ,

Alway have been polite to me and willing to answer questions. Shane kills animals humanly without stressing them and I enjoy talking with him when he comes to slaughter for me. More affordable than most butchers around here. local family business.
Downside lots of breakdowns and delays once in a while because of health and worn equipment. You sometimes have to call them as they can forget to call you back. Not a super fancy shop but it gets the job done.

A friend and I had a hog processed by this company a few months ago.We asked for ground hot breakfast sausage, and bacon as a couple of the options. The sausage is not hot and has a weird funky taste to it almost like freezer burned or old grease.The bacon has a very bad taste to it,I can't put my finger on it,but it is terrible.I thought maybe it was me so I have given some to to friends, and have gotten the same feedback. I will not be using this company again.

You have the audacity to call the nicest person I know cancel 5 mins before appointment and then slander them calling them a liberal and cussing. Most unprofessional garbage ran place you could take your meat to. That's a promise. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MEAT HERE. DO NOT GET YOUR MEAT HERE. THEY'RE BAD BUSINESS AND PEOPLE.

I will not evening give them a one star. They cheated my mom and I with our pig we took up the there to be butchered. They didnt even give us our pig. The bacon is mostly fat and it has a rancid taste. When I've cooked the bacon, the grease has a orangish color to it. The pork chops also. Then I pulled out a package of sliced ham and it was green all through it. The ham looked very old and green. All the meat is frost bitten.
