3.1.25..appt scheduled for 8a and I arrived at 706a. OKAY TO STAY PARKED AT THE STOP SIGN.. If you arrive more than TWOHOURS EARLY, YOU'LL BE TURNED AWAY!!. I checked into the office. They will have you take a picture of your temp and cut your seals and bring them into the office. I was given a door immediately. The unloading began at 754a and was done by 834a with bills in hand. They gentleman at the window was cool. No parking the lot is really small. Overall decent experience here.

Easy in and out, looks small but they have it set up well. Everyone here was very nice and they had us unloaded within 30 minutes. One of the best receivers in the NE. Sign on receiving door says not to arrive more than 2h before your appointment else they may turn you away. no overnight parking here or on the road up to it.

Truck driver took up most of the parking spots at Mcdonalds on Kings Hwy. Not sure why they had to park like that while they are sitting in the restaurant eating!

Arrived @ 0747 for 0900 appoinment. Red light @ 0850. Felt them in Trlr @ 0912. Greenlight @ 0922. Called for paperwork @ 0934. Paperwork in hand by 0938. They allow drivers to be two hours early(see pic). If more than that, they'll take your number but you'll need to leave the lot. Take the third driveway, if facility is on your left. First driveway, if facility is on the right. Sign says Receiving Entrance (see Pic). Don't enter at Employee Parking sign, it is an exit. Park at the stop🛑 and walk to check in. The Ladies at the desk are friendly. They give you clippers to break the seals with and bring the seals to them. If you have multiple seals on the bills they want all of them. They'll also have you take a picture of temps for the reefer. If not given a door right away, stay parked at the stop sign. When given a door; lock off, open doors, chock tires, and disconnect red air line. Not a huge lot and it probably can get pretty busy. But I had no problem getting into the door or out. Some grass around in case you have a pet who needs to do their business. Not enough to play on though. Restroom available, immediately to the right of the door for check in.

If you're delivering to Martin Brower for the first time, here's what you need to know. The people here are friendly and helpful—as long as you respect the rules. Whether you're running behind or arriving early, it's important to be courteous. Disrespect or failure to follow instructions might result in you being asked to leave permanently.

There are two entrances: one for employees and one for receiving. Be sure to follow the signage and choose the correct one. If it feels like you're driving straight into the yard, you've likely picked the wrong entrance. The receiving entrance is just past the main one, and the driveway curves around toward the building.

Receiving starts at 4:00 a.m., and I recommend checking in around 3:45 a.m. since there might be a line. They're usually quick to unload, often getting you out within an hour, but it can vary. Arriving more than 2 hours early? You'll be asked to leave because space is tight.

Don't try taking a 30-minute break in their yard—they'll ask you to leave. Also, don’t be alarmed if you see other trucks going through the employee entrance; many of them have contracts with dedicated doors.

If you have dry goods, you'll unload in doors 6-9. For refrigerated loads, it's doors 25-28. There are trash cans everywhere, so make sure you use them—littering will get you banned from the facility.

Parking can be tricky. Many people park on the street, but be aware that police occasionally ticket. There are other parking options a few miles down the road near I-91, including an abandoned mall, a closed Outback Steakhouse, and Cole's Plaza behind McDonald's. You can also find truck stops in nearby areas like Hartford, Springfield, and Sturbridge.

This facility operates 24/7, 365 days a year, but receiving hours are 4:00 a.m. to noon, with occasional extensions. If you're running late, give them a call—they're pretty accommodating. And if you need a restroom at night, there's one in the receiving office, open 24/7. Just remember to keep it clean, as employees use it too.

PS: The yard can be tight, so take your time backing. Make sure to get out and look—it's not a race. If you need help, ask! There's usually a yard jockey around who's more than willing to move a tractor or trailer if necessary.

All in all, a smooth experience as long as you follow the rules and show respect!

Nice place to deliver ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE TO PARK SO DON'T SHOW UP UNTIL YOUR APPT TIME!! the lot is also currently under construction so extremely messy with mud and debris so all you OO's with the shiny chrome trucks might want to wait to wash till after you're done here. Other than that usual 2hr wait to unload and get paperwork nice ppl in office and warehouse. Oh you also want to keep an eye on the drivers that work here as the seem to enjoy making really fast U turns when they enter the lot with no regard for the trucks that are being unloaded.
