I was in Lynchburg during the State Games of America July 28th through August 5th of 2019 which our daughter was competing in. We drove in from Texas and our RV had issues with a hitch in the back. Since the schedule for the competitions we were in were very tight it made it difficult to find time to repair our hitch. I did not have a drill bit large enough to drill a hole I needed.
We contacted Manufacturing Machining Services and the owner waited after closing hours for us to come and he would drill the hole for us. When we got there he took the piece I needed drilled and went to work. After talking for a while he found out I was a disabled Marine Corps combat vet and he did not even charge us for his work. I did not expect this after he already went out of his way to accommodate us. The holes lined up perfect for me to repair our hitch and we could stay on schedule.
I cannot say enough good things about this business and how professional they were. I did not ask for anything but was given the royal treatment. I really do appreciate well run businesses and this one definitely fits into that category. His shop and equipment were well set up and they care about what they do.
