Purchased the "fresh" roasted garlic fettuccini pasta and I come to find that it was molding the next day. The package was labeled fresh until a certain day, there was 3 to 4 more days until that day. I contacted customer service but they did not seem to do anything about it.. Please be careful when purchasing manini's products as it may not be handled correctly..

I have been gluten free for 10 years. Maninis is the best flour I have ever used in all those years. It is delicious, the texture is great, and it works fabulously as a cup for cup flour in my old recipes.

Ordered 3 packs of 5” hamburger buns online. Got an email saying I’ll get a total with shipping and can pay then. That was on Friday. I called the following Wednesday to ask what is going on and got a voicemail. Never got called back by anybody.
Poor customer service is all I can say. And they make such good products too!
