Manchester Millwork provided good service. They installed a storm door and when it leaked during a torrential downpour, they were responsive to the problem and helped to correct it. I would recommend their services.

Wayne and crew were great to work with. Nice guys, very knowledgeable about the products and installation. Provided very quick turnaround on quote and order. The day scheduled for the installation was going to be rainy, so they called the day before to reschedule for the following day, showed up when they said they would - great communication. Price was very reasonable for an exterior basement door + storm door, and the guys did a great job on the installation. Doors look and work great, absolutely no air leaks. They also took away all debris and left things spotless. Would recommend, and will use again for future projects.

I wanted a quote on windows, Ron told me I had to go to their shop and look at the windows, we made a 7:00 am appointment (because I work 8-5 and they are only open M-F 7-4:30) I arrive at MM at 7a.m. and find out Ron doesn't start till 7:30 (and he never showed up while I was there.) The guy who was in the shop and went over windows with me was supposed to call me up with a quote in a "couple days" 4 days later, no call . Poor business practices.

Manchester Millwork did a wonderful job for us on a rather difficult job. We were working with another contractor who was telling us what we couldn't have and why the work couldn't be done in the next 4 or 5 months (winter was approaching) etc. etc. Got to the point where we needed to find another contractor and we don't believe we could have found a better one with Manchester Millwork. It was a delight working with them and the end result was simply beautiful.

They found some rot that the previous owners had covered up, showed it to me (it was bad) and then, with my OK, fixed it in one day, not even stopping to eat anything. They told us that they would take care of us on the cost, and they did. We were so relieved and happy. Wonderful work, done quickly and at a good price.

We only had 2 small misunderstandings and they took really good care of us on those as well. I highly, highly recommend them.

I called Manchester Millwork yesterday somewhat frantic. As I attempted to open a window , something went wrong and the whole window came out, leaving the house exposed to the outside.
Dan came to my rescue despite the fact that repairs are not part of their service.
The window is back in, house safe from the elements and thieves(!) and the cat can’t escape!
Thank you DAN for your skills , kindness, concern and customer service!
