Jake with Madsen Made Welding and Fabrication, did an amazing job transforming our interior railing. We hated our old railing and wanted to replace it but where not sure what we wanted. I had reached out to other contractors with no response. We saw an ad for Madsen Made in one of the neighborhood connection mailers. Visited their website and reached out to them. Jake returned my call within 4 hours. I explained what I was looking for and we setup a time for him to do the measurements, which he was very flexible and accommodating. My husband and I did the demo since we knew of issues we needed to address before the new rail could be installed. We explained what the challenges where to Jake when he arrived. We needed to replace the old rail base plate, Jake was great at explaining where his post would rest and land at the top of the stairs. He worked great with us in addressing the challenges and answering any concerns we had with this project. The finished result is beyond words, it has transformed the look and feel of our home.
