I share a property with my daughter and we have had nothing but trouble from Madden. With the account being in my daughter's name she dealt with them and was much more patient than I would have been. For the last 2 to 3 months they have only taken the top couple of bags leaving a still full trash can. When she called to cancel services, they had the gall to say she still had to pay for what they apparently consider doing their job. I will include in this review pictures of trash bags they left, since they used the excuse of it being to heavy as the reason for not doing their job also any of our heavier bags were always manageable for my skinny bean pole 12 year old son, they also had the nerve to ask if we'd cleaned out our fridge as if that was not allowed. Spoiler, I did not clean out the fridge. Maybe I should do that today. ?

They only picked up two or three bags off the top and left a full can when I called after two months of this and us trying to figure out what was wrong and why only the stuff on the very top of our trash was being taken they told me it was to heavy for the older gentleman doing our run when I expressed that my twelve year old skinny scrawny brother could lift the bags and my mother that is the gentleman's age could also lift said bags and that I didn't feel comfortable paying for services not rendered they informed me I had to and tried to get me to keep doing bussines with them lol no thank you

We pay almost $40 a month for one-2 bag a week depending on size. they blame holes in our bags for all the trash that’s emptied into our bin but I don’t put bags with holes outside in the bin I’ll double bag if there’s been a hole….so there’s just trash that’s been sitting for weeks that I’m not touching because I’m not the one who made the mess….

Just great people! My son who is 1.5 years old fell in love with the Netflix show Trash Truck and now every Monday we sit outside and watch the trash truck go down our road. He gets so excited and the men are so nice and always wave and honk their horn at him. Always on time and just great service.

I wish I could put no stars, because they don’t even deserve one. There was trash sitting in my dumpster for over three weeks. They said we had till the 20th of the month to pay our bill, but that was only 4 days ago. They were very rude to us when we tried to explain to them why we were upset and mad. They told us to never ask for their service again, but they DEFINITELY have nothing to worry about. I suggest NEVER getting business from them.

Drafted ACH twice in one month. Staff was unapologetic to say the least. Only refunded part of month when canceled. If you can't be trusted with customers banking info and then you do not care when it causes consequences to your customers, what kind of a business are you.
