I broke the collar bolt on my over 20 year old Lyman ammunition turret loading press and checked around for a replacement. I could not find one. Taking a shot in the dark, I sent a request via Lyman's contact us on their website. Within 15 minutes I received an email asking me if it was a Knurled or Hex head. I replied that it was a hex head. Within another 15 minutes I received another email saying they did have a couple left, not only that, but they, sent me the part number and a breakdown of the press so that I could determine that it was the correct part. Never before have I experienced such great service from anyone other than Safelite. With service like that, I was totally astonished. Great work folks

Outstanding service from Lyman who stand behind their products.

I bought a Lyman 2500 tumbler from an online retailer which was missing some parts (which I found out about after I opened the box).
I emailed Lyman who, after verifying I had purchased one of their products, shipped the missing parts to me.

What is notable about this is the fact it was a second hand tumbler however that wasn't an issue for Lyman.
