No organization between staff , there is no waiting area for truckers . They want you to park with 100 maneuvers. And they told me I am doing bad job . Really Poor management. They need a manager who run the facility better .

Terrible customer service. I walked in this morning to try and ask someone about ceiling tiles types for a suspension ceiling and to purchase 200 ft.² of suspension ceiling. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the door and I was stared at like what do you want. Next, as the front counter staff went to go ask someone about my request I was told the gentleman was too busy to talk to me to help me. I was told him maybe come back at a later time and they could possibly help me.

This is the worst place ever people just sitting around in their trucks on their phones doing nothing. If you’re going to train a new person train them right. You know semi drivers have other stops that they have to get to it shouldn’t take two hours to unload four pallets. Where is the management at in this place. Clearly not watching their unloaders.
