UPDATE: It has been almost 8 years since we built with Lovely. They stand by their work. We are so happy with our home.

When you decide to build, you want to know that your house and future are in good hands, and that’s exactly how we felt the entire build with Lovley Development. My husband and I built our home with Lovley Development this year, and closed March 2017. We enjoyed the whole process, we met with Mark (Owner) many times in his office to finalize the blue prints and choose our options. We both work full-time and he worked around our schedule for all our meetings. He also was patient with me making a million changes and letting me take time to make decisions. He helped me work through making decisions if I requested it, and he was a great resource. Then we started the build and the timeline he gave us accurate, it went so quickly! We visited our building site often and the contractors were all great! Our GC practically lived at our house, he kept everything on time! The foundation, the frame, the sheetrock, THE KITCHEN, the tile, the siding, the hardwood, was all done wonderfully. Once the house was completed, we made a small list for Mark of items we needed adjusted and he came out to our house personally to address them. Mark contacted all the contractors and everything was fixed in 2 weeks, maybe less. We were able to just relax and enjoy our well built home. I continue to recommend the TEAM at Lovley Development. We truly believe the team went above and beyond to give our family a beautiful home! It has been 9 months and we are as happy with our house now, as the day we moved in.

The office staff is knowledgeable and knew what was going on through the entire process during the construction. Any time I called about any issue we had (which were few) someone was sent over to address it and worked around my availability. I love the beautiful high end design of the interior and landscape. This builder refused to take responsibility for his actions. Our property developed huge sink holes, I sidewalk has dropped down over 1 foot. He came to look at the property a year ago and said that because a retaining wall was built after the home was purchased, he wasn't sure what was causing the sink holes, but the land was graded differently from when he graded it. The problem with this excuse is that the retaining wall actually removed land nothing was added that would cause sink holes. So his excuse was ridiculous, but since I did not know what was causing the sink holes I could not argue and it was evident he was not going to help. Well fast forward a year, I finally hired an excavation company to come in to dig test holes to see what is happening. Well guess what we found. Huge tree stumps buried several feet down in the soil. I notified the builder again to inform him of our findings. Now his story changed and he said that he purchased the lots on our street fully graded and cleared and that I would have to find out who sold him the land. Really, how your story changes...Be careful...
