Doug, the store manager, provided great customer service, and gave me exactly what I needed for my space!

I called/emailed the Tyson’s store. I told Doug what I wanted, and sent some photos and measurements of the space I wanted to furnish. Because this was virtual/on the phone Dough thought outside the box and emailed and texted real time photos of the fabrics and photos of what the setup would look like.

And voila! The lovesac sofa and accessories came within a week and I’m super happy! The setup looked just how they said, and I never felt rushed! I would definitely work with Doug and the Tyson’s team again!

We came in right as the mall was opening on Labor Day Weekend and Nate opened the doors and welcomed us in right away. He was very informative, thorough and kept our interests in mind. We did a lot of research online and glad we actually came into the store to sit on the couches and see the fabric in person. Big thanks again to Nate!

Tara and the team were excellent! Tara was very patient as my wife and I battled a toddler while building the perfect couch configuration for us. Tara made the experience easy to understand and none of the team was pushy on sales. Experience couldn't have been better!

Finally pulled the trigger on getting a Lovesac and so glad we did. We are in VA for the weekend from NC and decided to visit the store. Johnny was so great and knowledgeable. We are glad we got to work with him.
8/22- Well, we thought this would be a smooth process, but here we are a month later, still not "whole." We love it too much to return it, but let's put it this way. Schedule an appointment and go with EVERY question as a phone memo AND your ideal setup in the apps cart. If you want StealthTech, get it up front. See how new the seat cushions are in the showroom because they can be deceiving once you get your order. Don't be surprised if there are variations of cushion firm/softness. Finally, gift your FedEx driver. You can thank me later.

Walked into the showroom ant Tysons mall and Johnny immediately greeted us and helped us figure out what we wanted. He walked us through the process of setting it up along with options to add on. We ended up putting in an order with him over the phone when there was a bigger sale a week later. To our surprise we received our Lovesac sectional in two days! (We didn’t get a custom fabric) We are still waiting for the seating with storage but that should be arriving in the next day or so. Overall best experience we could ask for and we already love the sectional and plan on adding to it later.

I had an outstanding experience working with Annie at the Tysons Lovesac store! I had done a lot of research on-line so I had a good idea of what I wanted. The in-person experience was very efficient. I was able to feel the different fabrics and make my final choice. The staff was informative but not pushy. They answered all my questions. When a flash sale was announced 2 days after I placed my order, I texted the store and they processed a refund for the difference. All in all a truly enjoyable shopping experience!

Store manager greeted us as we walked in the door at Tysons Corner Center. Very busy wave of people had come in for the Memorial Day offers. We had to wait a little time, but he continued to update us on the next sales persons status. Our Sales rep was very informative and gave us direct opinions on types of material etc… from his personal experience. All and all a very good experience and we are excited to see some of our product we bought has already shipped and is in route 3 days later.

The store manager, Doug, saved the sale.

The initial sales people did not understand the product well enough in defining our needs - suggesting we needed 13 seats - when we needed 7.

The difference between deep sides and regular sides was not explained - and the impact that has on pillows - until just before the order was placed. Doug showed great patience in walking through the scenarios with us.

Our sofa was ordered in May - we were told 2-4 weeks. They shipped the order 4 weeks out - except that the covers for the deep sides will now not be delivered until August. This wasn’t communicated until after we received the products they could ship

We ended up having to return two deep sides and get two regular sides. The return process was simple. However, the return part could have be avoided had the configuration been laid out properly.

Called the 800 number to discuss the return. They referred me to the store “since I bought it in the store,” but said to call back if I had any trouble. Really? An 800 customer support line that cannot take care of a return, swap, etc?

Unfortunate that original salesperson interactions, product delivery delay that was not communicated until partial shipment received, and unhelpful customer service 800 number brought rating down for a good product and good showroom manager
