I had the pleasure of using the shower facilities at Love’s, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The shower was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest and most well-maintained I’ve seen anywhere in the U.S. They also left a kind and thoughtful note, which added a nice personal touch to the experience. Love’s truly goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for travelers. Highly recommend!

The dog park was absolutely disgusting. I wanted to take my dogs here but once I opened the door it smells like the zoo. I parked away from it and it still smelled. I took my dogs to another patch of grass on the opposite side of it.The whole gas station reeked of it.

Fairly upset ATM and definitely not a Karen.
I purchased a shower at approx 2:30 in the afternoon on Sunday and it was ice cold. I mean I heard ice baths are good for you but I didn't think I'd have to pay 18.00 for one. I think what frustrated me the most, wasn't that the shower was cold, it was that when I walked out to tell someone there was a group of store employees and one manager, the manager completed ignored me and the one younger lady behind the counter said, I'll check it and dismissed me and then they all went back to their conversation as if I was a piece of trash. I feel disgusted. Someone leaves nice notes for the guests in the shower but totally fell flat when it actually comes to customer service. It would be different (not much but a little) if I had used points instead of actually paying

We always use Loves as our "go to" gas station while traveling. This location has great customer service but the coffee area is not well stocked, out of creamer and quite dirty. The male working the counter left chemicals/ cleaning agents in coffee area where customers and namely small children could get ahold of them. The lady cleaning the bathroom was very nice and washed her hands in between each task. The bathroom was very clean.

Showers were very clean and the note was a nice extra touch. Would have gave 5 stars but McDonald's workers were unfriendly and it feels like your bothering them when you ask for the drink cup that you paid for and they forgot

Stop here to scale load get fuel and a shower. The lady at the field desk was training a young man and was the one that fine job at it. The shower was neat and clean and had a note with the towel the message made my day thanks Kim you are greatly appreciated for your kind words.

I’ve been traveling for 30 years. How did I not know that Loves has the best restrooms? You even get full walls for the stalls! Lots of food and drink options too.
