3.30.2025 Fantastic cuts of beef, best filets I've had. I've been here a number of times. Great staff and a cool shop with interesting, knick knacks, coffee, tea, clothing, jellies, sauces, sweets, jerky and more. Grab something off of the lunch menu, and hang out. They usually have burgers, dogs, short ribs or similar. Usually two to three menu options each day are available and everything I've had has been stellar and served daily now I believe. There are a couple tables on the main floor inside, more on the landing of the stairs and even more upstairs, or set up outside at one of the patio highboy tables and enjoy a great view of the Lost River and mountains. Event space available upstairs along with a gold simulator. I haven't tried the simulator and am not sure about the cost. Plenty of parking and the place is easily visible sitting at the top of the hill.

Been coming to Lost River area since I was a child. Welcome addition to the area. Didn’t get to try any beef but the Venison they processed for me was AMAZING. Will try the burger and ice cream next time I’m around.

Very friendly and helpful service and the food looks and smells delicious. We picked up some steaks for dinner and they were fantastic!!! I expected no less from this owner!!!!

Love visiting Lost River area, especially with so many welcoming small businesses to support. We wanted to give this butcher a try but quickly found out they do not hold the same open minded values as many of their neighbors. The shop was selling some gaudy merchandise that looked like a collaboration between Buc-ee’s and Temu, in addition to red hats with the logo of a widely known anti-LGBT political movement, as well as the rebel flag of the confederate south. I would much rather spend my blue city earned dollars at a business that welcomes all so ended up leaving without buying anything.

Stopped in today and browsed around a bit, cool store. Ended up picking a few things and also purchased a Waygu Ribeye steak. Threw it on the grill tonight and it was awesome, great to have a butcher shop so close to home!

A review is impossible to describe the flavor and texture of steaks that are sold here! We visited and picked a variety of cuts. And having eaten steaks from other local farms, chain steakhouses, and even higher end steak joints...Lost River Butcher Block has superb beef!!! We typically eat our steaks between medium rare and medium to make sure they are still juicy and tender. I (accidentally) went beyond that to a med well and you could still cut the steak with just a fork. I have never had a steak that truly melted in your mouth until now. We didn't add anything seasonings (not even salt or pepper). And the flavor was incredible standing on its own. We are looking forward to trying the other steaks we got, plus returning again to stock up on some more delicious food.

Everyone was very kind. Even the other customers were sweet and willing to talk to a family of strangers from MA.
The ice cream and milk shakes were very good. I would definitely recommend they be given a try.

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great prices. We got filets, beef bacon, Korean style short ribs, and pork chops all at great prices. They also have lamb and goat, cold cuts, cheeses, sauces, jams, honey….
