Gina and staff at Logos are amazing! They helped my vision come alive with a custom logo. They also manage 2 (that I am involved with she does many others too) high school sports stores, has a fast turnaround time was able to get products for the holidays! Very professional highly recommend!

Logos is the BEST! I have ordered stuff for me personally over the years and also used them as our “go to source” for merchandise for our local high school football team. Gina is honest, straightforward and always does her best to deliver merchandise in a timely manner. Even with supply chain hiccups I have never had an issue getting my items delivered on time. Customer service is excellent! Pricing is always fair and on par with anything found online. No better source in town!

Logos is fantastic and I highly recommend them. I was in a pinch and needed a shirt done for my sons school. Not only did Gina listen to my vision, she made it come to a reality and got it done so quickly. The quality of the shirt was great, but the attention to detail was even better. My son felt like a rockstar wearing his shirt and the many compliments he received.

The BEST! Gina and the whole team at Logos have always gone above and beyond for my orders (many of them probably annoyingly small and complicated!). They are always very responsive and helpful, I’ve worked with them for both embroidery (DURING THE PANDEMIC!) and a small run of Marathon shirts. I’m so grateful for their help and expertise, and thankful they are right down the street. I will use then for ALL personalization needs.

I hired Logos Greenwich to do a small job for a local sports team. They were over priced and impossible to deal with. Everything was a problem. It may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They did not meet their own deadlines and did not care about the quality of their work.

Absolutely Worst Customer Service. Very rude staff didn't want to help at all. I went in to the store to get some towels embroidered BRAND NEW towels. Once I got them back and went to the house I looked at them and the threads on the towels were pulled. I went back to the store to show them and told them that the towels were brand new and did not look like this when I gave to them. The only response I would get back would be "I didn't do it it's not my fault" the blonde lady didn't even try to help me to get this problem solved. After a couple times of trying to explain to her the only response I would get is "it's not my fault" Very rude customer service will not be coming
back.

I NEVER recieved any offer to get it fixed, thats what I was waiting for the only response I got was "Its not my fault" if I recieved an offer to get it fixed I would not be writing this review.
