I wish I would have read these before hiring. Traveling the whole time we are building, we are fully reliant on the honesty and integrity of our contractors. Over A year after my last attempt at contacting Don, I received a $22k invoice on top of the $7k we already paid for $17k quote and for things we didn’t agree on. He charged $850 for water samples I was never told were completed and are now deemed useless for county. These samples cost me $82 to do myself so I guess I don’t understand his math. According to the lab, this isn’t the first time he’s worked someone over. I thought he was just a forgetful old man but it seems to be intentional. Steer clear.

First I want to say that Lofall Well Drilling did a fine job of casing the Well and securing the flow.
I am a woman who owns this property. I did not really understand everything about this process. They did not cleanup afterwards. They did not contain the clay until the second day when I realized what was happening. I still have a mess to work with.
After all was said and done, Don Lofall mentioned that the Driller, Ray, only gets paid for drilling and Ray was upset because it took a while to get the rig out. I felt bad so I gave them a TIP of $300 cash to make them happy. This was on top of me giving them $17,000.00 for drilling this Well.
I have to say I feel a bit manipulated. I was so excited to get this Water that I was thinking it must be my fault that Ray wasn't happy. Don really should not have told me that Ray was not happy about having to spend a few hours getting the rig out. That is Lofall's concern not mine.
A good contractor works closely with the client.
I have tried numerous times to reach out by texting, calling, and emailing and Don will not answer. I'm curious to why.

I recommend Lofall well drilling based on good knowledge of the area and well drilling. Don Lofall goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Very fair pricing and very helpful.
