This is our third loan or refinancing with Jamie. She always gets back to you almost immediately. Is responsive, supportive, gives you all the information you need and even was handling questions on Easter - dedicated. Getting the appraisal waiver was extremely important as we faced some really tight timing constraints. Without that waiver we might have selected a different lender. But after we made that choice, Michael and the LoanDepot team were extremely proactive in explaining the process and making sure everything went smoothly.
