I've been coming to LJ's Butchering for 2 years now. I remember the 1st time I drove to the facility, I thought I was lost because the place didn't look like a place to have animals butchered. The facility was immaculate. There wasn't a sign of animals but in the freezer...😁! They label & package meat very well. McKenna is very helpful & friendly. I plan to continue to get my animals processed at their facility.

Just picked up order today & still clean as when I 1st started going 2 years ago. I'd recommend anyone that wants to get their animals butchered to contact them.

They also process wild game.

I don't often give 5 Star ratings, but LJ's gets it! McKenna explained everything and patiently answered ALL my many questions. Very clean! Very gentle unloading our animals - I love that they respect the animals we spent so much time raising. Ezra proudly showed me around and told about his plans for the future. Picking up our meat..we went through everything... again, amazing service. Vacuum packaging has held in our freezer. Everything is clean and cut nicely... portions are equal. I could not be happier. They processed one beef and two pigs. I will definitely use them next time!

LJ’s is best in the business!! These guys partner with Rahns mobile slaughter to provide a clean, humane, quality slaughter and butcher. Their shop is clean and organized, great cuts, top quality packaging and amazing customer service. What else could you want in a butcher? Highly recommend!

I had 2 pigs picked up one was a boar that they said weighed 260lbs hanging I asked for it to be all sausage I got back 75lbs. The 2nd pig I asked for pork belly and got bacon. They tried to convince me to do all sausage because they were so fatty. They obviously don't deal with AGH pigs. Not happy at all and will never return!! They also said they kept calling me for pick up but no misses calls. Go to Matt's Meats for better service and Honesty!

What a wonderful experience. We bought the beef from a family member and LJ's butchered and wrapped it for us. It was completed and ready to pick in quick order and when we needed to reschedule the pick up time they were more than accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to reach out to them for any butchering needs we have in the future.

Here at Cadillac Ranch in Rainier, Washington. We used many butcher shops and slaughter companies. From King County to Cowlitz County. LJ Butchering is one that goes out of there way from customer service to making sure your beef cut to your satisfaction. From drop off to pickup we have sent probably close to 40 beef to them. 8 sheep and 6 hogs. We won't go anywhere else!!
