The delivery guy very impolite asking politely because my pregnant wife want to use bathroom so he kindly move his truck and yelling at me at Robert Prime Meat Deli at Francis Lewis Blvd. He not just yelling also curse at me.

I recently purchased a Liuzzi cheese item at a local retail store. However, after opening it on that same day, once again this product did not taste as it should. The date was fine but the cheese had the texture of a pencil eraser instead of being soft and flavorful! Since this has happened on several prior occasions I decided to call the Liuzzi’s main number and asked if I may speak to the quality control department. After relating my concerns their response was excellent! They took ownership of my concern and readily explained what might have caused the cheese to be not acceptable (in texture only) and offered me an immediate apology and exchange. I thank them for their honesty and in accepting responsibility!
I will certainly continue to be a loyal customer.

I needed fresh Parmesan and I'd never been to this renowned place so I figured it would be perfect. Plus I heard the sandwiches were good. Well I'll probably never find out about the sandwiches or anything else b/c I doubt a return here is likely. Upon entering with my son, I made direct eye contact with an associate who quickly walked away w/o offering assistance. We "roamed" the market just about in it's entirety making direct eye contact with 3 other associates and not one offered any assistance. Finally found the cheese that I needed and opted not to browse for other items. The cashier was actually quite friendly and that was much appreciated, and the cheese was amazing and complimented the recipe well hence the 2 star rating. I prefer to shop at smaller shops for specialty/gourmet items and the experience is a lot more intimate, this was not that and I was so disappointed. My 8yo even made mention of the lack of customer service.

I picked up the Liuzzi Cheese, Hand Dipped Whole- Milk Ricotta from my small-town grocery on a whim. It was on sale, and in a unique packaging. (What can I say, it looked much better than the plastic pints I typically buy!) I opened it today, thinking I’d whip up my 4-cheese mix for a future batch of Stuffed shells or lasagna, before it expires. To my surprise and delight, THE BEST RICOTTA I HAVE EVER TASTED! Creamy, mild, delicious cheese. As full of a flavor you can get from ricotta, superb! I am making shells today!
