I had done research about what I wanted before I went to the dealership, spoke to Joel before I showed up, explained what I wanted, and he made sure the car I had been looking at was front and center and ready for me to drive! I highly advise going elsewhere for any kind of service work. My extremely negative experience started from the beginning. Having to wait over a month just to get it in for a diagnosis/ repair and then waiting 2 more months just to find out they have not even begun trying to figure out the issue. I provided a very detailed list of issues I was able to get from another shop showing what needed to be done and they completely disregarded it. They did absolutely nothing except updating a computer program that had a recall. There was a HUGE lack in communication and due to me being a woman I was NOT taken seriously AND ignored every time I tried to call or came in until I brought a male with me. The staff was VERY unprofessional and lacks any kind of customer service knowledge. I am extremely displeased with every single interaction I have had with this place. Now I have paid money to them with absolutely nothing to show for it. I still have a undriveable vehicle that now has more water damage because they would not do the work and it sat for 2 months. I feel like the staff really just wanted to gaslight me, quote me an astronomical amount, and get me out the door. This establishment has a piss poor idea on how to run a business. I wish I could leave no stars.

Never in my entire life I thought I would cruise in a brand new (2020) Jeep! I’m a first vehicle owner and our car completely gave up on us, so we had no vehicle, calling for rides and etc but one day I get a call from Stephen Hicks and I wasn’t going to answer but SURE GLAD I DID Him and His boss worked magic! The price was awesome and my rate was lower than expected! They really will make sure you leave happy and driving away in a new or used vehicles. Don’t hesitate really check them out! Amazing service from the get go, the price on the 2023 Dodge Challenger I purchased was already at a point I was happy with but they still worked with me.

Let’s talk packages, I’m pretty much completely taken care of for 7 years with the warranty I signed up for. First 3 years $0 deductible, next 4 years with a $200 deductible. This was super surprising to me because from what I heard most dealerships try to drain you with a horrible warranty, not this one! I’ve got a year of free details, free satellite including WiFi, and a plethora of benefits.

The staff was amazing and patient all the way through, if you come here make sure to speak to Spencer or Carl, they’ll do you right!

Buying cars from them of course is not a problem. But, if you got a recall on your vehicle lol good luck. Since I’m not paying money for the recall, hey let’s just keep rescheduling your vehicle for a different day. Service there is a joke.

So if are a vet this place is way more comparable to the Va than a service or mechanic shop. schedule an appt a month out, they have had it now 3 weeks, and still haven’t touched it. Like to keep you on hold till they close. So a warning to all. Got the proof too.

Kevin Lewis was awesome to work with. He took good care of me. Robert helped along the way too. Thank you for driving to Anchorage to pick up the vehicle. Cody made the signing process great as well. I had issues with past employees and management. I’m happy with the changes that the dealership made they put the right people in positions and kept good employees to grow with the company. I’ve been apart of the Chrysler family being a child of a Chrysler engineer father. They treated me like family and I really appreciate that! Thank you!
