Staff are nice and friendly. Looks the same as it has for years, but the prices and lack of product have me passing Lino’s and no longer stopping. Sandwiches are pretty good, chic parm dinner was not. Nothing offensive just lost many of the positives they once had and jacked prices. Pretty common these days but I can’t/wont stand for an hour of min wage for a lunch sandwich. Doesn’t math.

$42.00!! $42 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags chips. Absolutely ridiculous and even more is that I tell the clerk up front that this is absurd and she smiles. I ask, why are you smiling and she says people say that it’s too pricey all the time. Shelves half empty, barely any meats in butcher area…You’re going out of business clearly…. So you decide to rip people off before you close… great job.

Unsure if this is the “large” Italian grinder I ordered, or if they got my order wrong in more ways than one (it was also made incorrectly). Regardless, middle was yummy but the edges were dry and didn’t have any meat on them. I really miss the old Lino’s we grew up with - won’t be back anymore with the new owners.

Lino’s is a landmark in Durham, CT, this place is awesome. They have daily fresh cut meats and a great variety of lunch sandwiches and grinders or whatever you’d like they will likely accommodate. They have a great staff and great fresh cut steaks etc for cookouts and most foods you would need for groceries. I highly recommend going here for a lunch sandwich if you’re in this area.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE 🤩 wow that was the loveliest experience ever!! First of all the cheesecake was freaking unreal! I've never had a better dessert anywhere it was so delicious! My cat wont stop asking about it! Best grinder I can remember having the bread was yummy!! Then they made us a SUPER FRESH pesto sauce! And this is the first time I ever met a potato salad I liked at all! It was so so good 🤤 and so many team members like one big family were INCREDIBLY ACCOMMODATING AND KIND 🥰 I'm never getting my cannolis anywhere else! Everyone needs to visit asap!!!!!

I went to linos on 12/18/24 for a ham and cheese on a hard roll it was 14.95 and I have gone there for years never going back they won't make it with these prices after reading some reviews that said it was sold that explains everything I knew I didn't recognize the staff
