Good place, unloaded you to fast

Im giving three stars for ONE reason and that would be their unloader. I had never been there before and he was great at explaining where to sit and wait for the dock to open. Very polite man! He is however the ONLY reason they get any stars. Apparently you aren't allowed to have never been there before and make a mistake! Or they cry a river about it! Heaven forbid! Get over yourselves! You had a driver going in there in the dark of night that's never been there and send an email about them apparently going the "wrong way". Seriously? No one was hurt, no bad came of it, no accidents occurred, get a grip! The driver was never there before! But mistake people can do nothing but complain! Good luck with that!

I manage a fairly large Cidery/Orchard/Winery. I have ordered many millions of containers and beverage/food packing materials throughout my career. There is a “beer can” shortage in our country at the moment. I have been scrambling and sourcing from companies all over the country. A colleague in the craft beverage industry recommended L.M. I was given the phone number to a sales representative named Chris D. based out of Windsor Connecticut. Chris D. answered the phone on the first call. Typically I have to leave a few messages before getting a call back from a salesperson in this industry. Chris D. spoke to me as if we were friends from high school. I told him what I needed and had a price quote in about an hour. It was less than 24 hours and one of the most pristine tractor trailers pulled into our loading area and we began to Unload the pallets of product. I have never received pallets of beer/cider cans in such perfect shape. They even carry the additional products needed to package our seltzer’s and hard ciders.
These guys are a Class Act! I will be spreading the word. The folks at L.M. Clearly take pride in the services that they are providing. From the first answered phone call to the closing of the tractor trailer door was complete professionalism. Thank you to the whole team. I have never felt so confident going into a harvest season as I do now.
