If I could rate zero I would, this court house is a complete joke and I am gonna open a case to sue this court house for their wrong doing and incompetents such a joke to think they believe their so great

Before standing infront of the judge, read this first.
This office dosent allow attorneys to speak on your behalf, that being said if you want to contest a violation, it will be ignored by the judge and you will be fined guilty no matter what the situation is.
So if you're like me and can't appeal a traffic violation because you have a CDL and do more for the community than our government. Here are some tips. Always travel through this district with a dashcam, any violation is guilty until proven innocent.
The judge with the beer gut isn't in the office to let you off based on reason, he is only there to fine you guilty based on the officers letter.
It's cheaper to move to a different state than drive through davenport.

I was served a ticket for speeding, a citation which incorrectly cited my speed, and wished to contest the ticket. I lived far away from the area in which the ticket was given, and was required to appear in person. I had no qualms with this, but when I was told I could not choose or reschedule any alternative dates, I had no choice but to defer the ticket.

Oh, how I wish I had known that was a fallacy, and that they are required to offer alternative dates.

This court has lying employees and police officers that lie in order put you in this position. Had I been older and more experienced I wouldn't have trusted their misleading advice. Many repeated reviews also seem to reflect this.

I have had to visit this business on multiple occasions and I have to say over the years one thing never changes.....Renee (the old white-haired court clerk) is unprofessional, rude, and a flat-out b**** to every single person who walks in the door. She needs to retire and if not she needs to be fired. The judge is a gracious gentleman but the women who work here are not helpful, judgemental and just flat out rude!

Do not use the online contestation form for any reason. It removes your right to appeal and they will not address your arguments, even if based off of Washington state law. It's better to go and argue your case in person in court and risk getting covid. The judge couldn't even accurately state the facts of the case when they sent me a decision. It's a crooked county.

Basically: “Leave a message. We only answer the phone 2 hours a day, 3 days a week. If you don’t call specifically within this 2 hour period on 3 specific days, too bad. And if you leave a message, we will NOT return your call”.
