I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage at Life Balance, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Lauren is an incredibly talented massage therapist at this studio, and her skills truly shine through in every session.

I am so grateful for this place! As someone who works during the day I really value that they take folks on Sundays and evenings. The rate is more than fair for what you get. Wonderful folks, Lauren is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had and I feel so comfortable when I’m there. She’s so great at tailoring the session for what you need that day, you can tell she really listens. I also enjoy the aromatherapy add-on. 😊

I've had 2 sessions with Lauren, both prenatal massages (1 during 2nd trimester, 1 during 3rd). I absolutely loved the prenatal massages and cannot wait to go back postpartum.
