We had a question on our new 2024 Nissan Rogue. We stopped at the service department at the dealership and spoke with
Nikole Goodman, the Service Director. She involved the service foreman to review our concern. Nikole was helpful and was able to pull the correct resources together to resolve this concern. We are greatly appreciative that Nissan went to that level to listen and resolve our issue.

Made an appointment for a battery replacement, got an appointment the next day, was taken on time and the (complete) service was completed in 45 minutes. This time around was far different than some of the prior services I've had. Nice improvement, keep it up!

Avery Guyette was quite helpful. i would not mind him my service advisor in the future. I did find it amusing that Lia wanted to sell me a new car while mine was being serviced by them.
