Mine was a very short experience. Had a 2:00 a.m. appointment arrived at 12. :00 was informed after I backed into a dock that you cannot have any pallet jacks or bulkheads in the trailer. Only thing allowed is load locks so I left without my load. Come to find out apparently the people I was hauling it for had an agreement to have that in our trailers but third shift must not have known that so I lost the load.

Strict appointment only. They used to allow early check ins but not no more. They get ur gross weight before they load u to the max. They have some overnight parking on the street but not much. There's a truck stop like 7 miles away.

They take Key , Badge and lock your brake glad hand. They do have a restroom.

After loaded scale back out the way you came in.

Very friendly and informative!! The lady at S/R check in with the colorful hair was amazing and a true sweetheart! Will take runs from here anytime! In and out in 1.5 hrs.

Went in at 0450. Called a day prior to ask if they would load early and said yes.

It's now 1820 and I'm still sitting here. They'll touch all the regular tanks that come in here often before they'll even look your way.

Rude employees, no bathroom, no way to go outside.

Very easy check in and check out!
You Scale in at the guard shack everyone is very friendly and professional. We were loaded in 2 hours from check in to check out. They scale you at check out the scales are pretty narrow. Just a FYI.

They’ve a policy for ONLY LOAD BAR. I explained load straps holds better but forced to find load bars in midnight. Nearest petro and love’s were out of but kenworth had it. Wasted 90mins for load bar searching.
It was closed back up and they didn’t even allow me to check and secure the load. At the dropping end, I found out this. (See picture)

Would like to haul for them again IF they allow drivers do their own job!
